Ever since 2004 when "The Recruiters" was founded in Delhi, India, it has managed to stand out from the crowd and become a brand associated with Quality Executive Search. Over the years we have assisted many large and small Cos, both Indian & MNCs., Fortune 500s. & many startups, hire for their mid and senior management teams with excellent cost-effectiveness. This is possible due to the superior quality of candidates sent to companies after our careful screening process. The retention of candidates is also much better as we seek their complete buy-in on the role and company before sharing their profile. We occasionally also handle HR Consulting assignments for companies. My effort as the CEO is to maintain and improve constantly the quality of work done in the field of Executive Search & HR Consulting. This focus on quality & integrity above everything else has created such a reputation for our firm that gets us, new clients, from word of mouth from company CEOs, the Board of Directors, HR Heads, and the vast number of senior-level candidates that we have helped find an appropriate career opportunity over the last so many years.

# Headed the HR function of this Westbridge Capital Funded BPO in the Collections Space. # This was the 3rd Startup in the BPO Space for me. After the success of the last 2 startup's where I had contributed to a large extent to their growth, I finally decided to venture out on my own and this drove me to quit this role quickly and become an entrepreneur.

Headed HR for the company and set up all the policies and HR systems as the company grew from 100 to 1000+ people during my tenure.

Joined Daksh as the second person in the HR team when company was just 200 employee strong... was directly responsible for hiring the next 2000 people within 6 months along with a small team that comprised of HR and Operations. Setup the basic HR systems, compensation structures, Appraisal policies in the startup phase. Was awarded the Daksh leadership award by the CEO for my contributions during this growth phase. Later was made the Head - HR for the prestigious Banking, Financial Services & Insurance Business Unit.

# Headed the HR department for the hotel # Was brought in by Mr. PRS "Biki" Oberoi at a time when there were serious "Industrial Relations" issues at the unit that were resolved successfully during my short tenure here. # Identified and terminated some employees that were involved in thefts from the hotel # Managed the after-effects of some violent incidents in the hotel where some employees including a restaurant captain were badly injured. Made sure justice was delivered.

# Took Independent charge of a Hi-Tech Plant spread over 25 acres in Satna, along with a township. # Managed Industrial Relations. Diffused any tensions building up in time by handling incidents proactively. Also when there was a strike in entire Satna on Vishwakarma puja, our plant remained peaceful and celebrated the occasion without any problems. # Identified and Terminated a workman who had sent a threatening letter to kidnap the child of the production head. # Devised Incentive Schemes for all employees, and suggested an innovative salary structure to increase the take-home salaries of the Management Cadre. # Managed workforce - workmen, Staff, and Management Cadre and prevented unrest in spite of political interference in the city where workers of our JV Partner were being influenced. # Managed culturally very different JV Partners that created unique challenges for which I received accolades from our GM - HR in Corporate Mr. K V Rajendran and my CEO of this JV Mr, Sanjib Chaudhuri. # Managed all areas of HR smoothly for the company.

# Handled Industrial Relations # Was part of a wage settlement with the Union. # Managed MT Batch Induction for the location and Summer Training for 200 Trainees. # Managed Performance Appraisals & Increments for Management Staff. # Ensured Payroll was not affected when Staff when on a strike. # Handled super aggressive workmen and brought some discipline in the plant.

# Handled Industrial Relations under the guidance of one of the most Senior HR professionals Mr. I B Das, who had Headed HR in the factory for 25 years and managed two unions - one of INTUC (for Permanent workers) & another of AITUC (Contract Workers). # After his retirement, worked under Mr. Ashok Ghose my ex Summer Training Boss from ABB Faridabad who was transferred here. # After Mr. Ghose quit managed HR independently with guidance from GM Finance and was involved in hiring my next boss and HR Head, Mr. Anjan Chatterjee. # Apart from HR, was deeply involved in ISO Audits from different certification agencies for 4 different business units (BVQI, KEMA, TUV etc)

Traveled to all Locations of ABB India, and learned about the manufacturing processes and was trained in management by professors from IIM's. Had a mid-term review after 6 months in HAL Staff College Bangalore. Came 2nd among 120 MT's in final tests.

# Occasionally go to the school as a Judge for different cultural activities held on Founders Day of the school, on 23rd April. # Also organised and took part in a Career Fair and a Panel Discussion for students of class IX, X, XI and XII and their parents in Dec 2013.
