My major responsibilities are Evaluation and alignment of O&M strategy as per business requirement, Aligning and negotiating OEM, Developing LTSA with OEM, Supporting bid team, Preparation and compilation of pre bid and post bid documents, Attending off taker's, Partner's and Lender's queries and providing them clarification and handing over to PC etc. I had been fully involved in PV projects (Gobustan/PIF4/PIF6), Wind (R4/PIF5), Conventional (T1QI, Ruma and Nariya), Water (Jubail 4-6), BESS (SPPC-G1) etc.

Projects Involved in  Construction of 210 MW captive combined cycle power plant and 8*27.8 MVI Ferro alloys plant in Gabon W. Africa.  Construction of captive port and back facility in Gabon W. Africa.

Projects Executed  Construction of 750MW independent power plant at Barka phase 3 project in the Sultanate of Oman; EPC Contractor: Consortium of Siemens (Germany) and GS engineering and construction (South Korea).  Construction of 1215 MW Independent Combined Cycle Power Plant and 9014m3/hr Desalination Plant at Al Dur, Bahrain; EPC Contractor: Hyundai Heavy Industries Co. Ltd., Korea.  Construction of 685 MW Independent Combined Cycle Power Plant and 26.4 MIGD Desalination Plant at Barka,, Oman; EPC Contractor:-DOOSAN Industries Ltd., Korea. Attainments  Played an instrumental role for completion of Sea Water Intake Pumping Station.  Awarded with increment from Barca Oman to Al Dur Bahrain.  Using IODE Software for documentation, drawing review and design review for quick and smooth communication.  Using site data base for notification, punch point systems, site observation and document updation.

Project Executed  1215 MW Coal based Thermal Power Plant in Chandwa District, Latehar Jharkhand; EPC Contractor - BHEL, India. Attainments  Holds the distinction streamlining the processes of land purchasing and liaising.  Played a pivotal role in changing the location of the plant.

Projects Executed  20 MW CPP for Sree Metallic Ltd., Rugudi, Rourkela, Orissa.  8 MW CPP for Shrishti Ispat Ltd., Rajgangpur, Rourkela, Orissa.  12 MW CPP for Bhaskar Steel & Ferro Alloys Ltd., Rajamunda, Rourkela, Orissa.  53 MW CPP for TATA Sponge Iron Ltd., Joda, Barbil, Keonjhar, Orissa. Attainments  Demonstrated excellence in successfully completing the Tata Sponge Project within record time.  Played a pivotal role in designing & implemented various new initiatives for pile chipping and construction of single story building.  Successfully introduced new contractor in between the project without any impact on the budget and utilizing local and available resources.

Projects Executed  Utility Section consisting of 64 MW CPP with 4*100 TPH CFBC Boiler, Raw Material Handling System, Offshore Pumping Station, etc.  Construction of Sea Water Intake using Sinking Well Foundation; it consisted of: o Effluent Disposal Plant up to 900 Mtr inside Sea. o Approx. 600 Nos. Marine Bore Pile. o Pumping Platform 200 Mtr. inside Sea. o 3000 MT Structural Work including fabrication & erection of 80 Mtr. Span Truss. o Sheet Pilling; 4 Nos. of 200 Mtr. Tunnel.  Approx. 20,000 Unit of Driven Cast in Situ Piles using ‘A’ Frame, Metco, Hydruquip 7 & Hydro Quip 10.  STG Building of 7200 Sq. mtr.  Coal Handling System of 900 MT/Hr including 4 Nos. Truck Tippler. Crusher House, Dump Hopper, Coal Stacker & Bunker, etc. Attainments  Played a key role in reducing costs by partially using Fly Ash instead of Cement for Plaster & Grade Slab.  Undertook close monitoring of formwork, staging and manpower with respect to the quantum of job & its completion schedule.

Projects Executed  720 Nos. of Pre Stressed and Pre-cast Hollow Piles.  Pre-stressed and Pre-cast Birth.  8000 Sq. Mtr. Covered Shed.  27000 Sq. Mtr. Open Yard.  13 KM Road.  Construction of Tank Farm of 1 Lakh KL.  Construction of Colony.

Project Executed  Gas Pipeline of 28 KM length with 100% Radiography including Control Room, Cable Trench, Cathodic Protection, Area Development, etc.
