Representing school districts and other educational and public entities in actions involving special education services under the IDEA, disability accommodations under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, student civil rights, transgender and LGBTQ+ issues, and other pupil-related matters as well as proactive training and seminars for school staff and administration.

Represented clients in all stages of litigation in matters involving legal and medical malpractice, professional responsibility, nursing home liability, construction liability, personal injury defense, and pro bono landlord tenant issues.

Representing people with disabilities and their families in special education, trusts and estates, guardianship, and related matters.

Researched policy papers and drafted legislator correspondence on state and federal issues affecting citizens with disabilities. Organized and participated in coordinated day of lobbying efforts among disability groups within the State Capitol targeting issues most urgent to the needs of individuals with disabilities. Participated in AUCD - UCEDD Disability Seminar and state-wide lobbying efforts in Washington, D.C.

Worked alongside Assistant District Attorneys researching and drafting motions and briefs, opening and closing statements, and preparing witnesses and evidence for trial.

* o Monitored and motivated 17 College chapters, with over 790 participants to above average success ratings. * o Organized a fundraising partnership event with the Philadelphia Marathon to raise over $11,000 for Best Buddies PA. * o Contributed and presented materials on organization, efficient planning, and public speaking to all Best Buddies staff members at a national conference for professional skill development. * o Personally raised $3,000 and ran the Boston Marathon to benefit Best Buddies International.
