I’m proud to serve as President and CEO of the Saint John Regional Hospital Foundation (SJRHF), the primary fundraising partner for New Brunswick’s largest tertiary care hospital and the New Brunswick Heart Centre. Since 2024, I’ve had the opportunity to lead a period of meaningful growth and transformation, advancing our strategy, strengthening governance, and increasing philanthropic revenue by more than 35% while building a high-performing, people-first culture. Today, our focus is on strengthening the Foundation’s role as a strategic partner in supporting exceptional care for patients and the communities our hospital serves. Working closely with Horizon Health Network, government, and community leaders, we are helping ensure access to care right here at home. My career spans more than 20 years across healthcare, corporate, and public sectors, with a consistent focus on creating meaningful experiences, whether for patients, donors, customers, or communities. I’m drawn to complex, high-impact work and to building strong, values-driven organizations that deliver real results. I’ve also invested in my own growth through executive education at the Rotman School of Management, with a focus on leadership, strategy, governance, and change management. I’m deeply passionate about supporting women in business and building inclusive leadership pipelines. I’m proud to lead an all-female senior leadership team, with the majority of our leaders promoted from within, reflecting a strong commitment to developing talent and creating real opportunities for growth. I was honoured to be named one of Atlantic Business Magazine’s Top 50 CEOs (2026). Our team has also been recognized as one of Atlantic Canada’s Best Places to Work (2025 and 2026), something that means a great deal to me as a leader.
