• Build strong trust and communication with the client (QuadReal) through timely, and transparent coordination. • Define scope of work based on design drawings and site assessments to align with project requirements. • Collaborate with the estimating team to prepare detailed cost estimates and value analyses. • Negotiate with subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and optimal schedules while identifying cost-saving alternates. • Coordinate with the architect to develop and refine design elements and ensure constructability.

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. • Coordinate with engineers to ensure the correct design specifications are met for panel structure and integration with other building components. • Manage procurement of materials and services, obtaining competitive quotes. • Maintain regular communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to provide progress updates and address any concerns. • Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management and clients.

Projects: Municipal development, Civic buildings, Tenant Improvement, ICI Projects, ranging from $25K to $7M • Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project. • Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements. • Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities. • Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations. • Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met. • Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies. • Monitor key project milestones and deliverables, communicating progress to project stakeholders. Ensure end-user requirements per the lease/purchase agreement are met and provide regular status updates. • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.

Projects: Underground Projects, Building and Steel Structure Projects, ranging from $30K to $3M • Discipline organization and coordination of all administrative aspects of the project inclusive of project documents, agreements, reports, drawings, timely responses to clients, as well as issue all PO, CO, RFIs, and invoices. • Plan construction schedule and monitor the progress of work with the site supervisor.

Projects: Institutional and commercial construction, multi-story residential, ranging from $15K to $5M • Read construction documents, perform quantity take-offs, and prepare tender documents. • Manage the site crews, and coordinate with sub-trades, and suppliers.

Projects: Multi-story Residential • Support the Project Managers in developing progress reports. • Track and answer RFIs, review shop drawings, site reports, invoices, and change orders.

Projects: Institutional, Retail, Multi-story Residential • Participate in the architectural design process and develop alternative solutions. Conceptualize building design from both functional and aesthetic perspectives. • Work with AutoCAD and Revit in a studio environment to create 2D and 3D modeling.
