Shannon brings more than 17 years of expertise in Human Resources management, Talent Acquisition strategy, employment law, operations management, and the complete set-up of the HR function from the “ground up” to her role as VP, Team Resources & Talent Acquisition at Divurgent. She has extensive experience in the development of innovative HR initiatives in fast-paced environments in order to effectively streamline processes and capitalize on organizational growth with the goal of achieving a mutually beneficial result for both the Company and the Team. Prior to joining Divurgent, she worked for rapidly growing small-to-large sized multi-site/multi-state companies and has a successful track record of creating effective HR departments in these changing organizations by ensuring the acquisition of the best and brightest talent as well as aligning overall human capital management with the business strategy of the company. Shannon has a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology with an Employee Relations and Organizational Development emphasis and Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.
