As a consultant to the Illinois Center for Specialized Professional Support at ISU: • Provided technical assistance and coaching for administrators and educators in continuous improvement processes toward more equitable and inclusive education systems • Facilitated virtual and in-person professional learning experiences for educators promoting trauma literacy and the implementation of trauma-informed educational practices • Consulted with educators and administrators to provide guidance on systemic approaches to promoting students’ and educators’ mental health • Led cohorts of educators through an original online curriculum focused on evidence-based instructional practices that better serve all students, including but not limited to subgroups based on race, ethnicity, language, gender, age, abilities, and income

• Coordinated a reserve organization of medical volunteers to be activated in the case of a large-scale emergency with special preparation for pandemic preparedness • Served in the regional emergency preparedness workgroup to coordinate the development of multi-community vaccine distribution plans in preparation for a pandemic
