I’ve spent the last 23+ years helping enterprises move away from outdated systems and manual workflows into a world where technology doesn’t slow them down, it accelerates everything they do. Hi, i'm Shan Hanif, I’m currently the Managing Director of Neologix Software Solutions, a company I co-founded straight out of university when all I had was a Computer Science degree, a passion for solving real problems, and absolutely no idea where this journey would lead. It all started as a small development team in India, and eventually grew into a global transformation partner working across the UAE, KSA, the U.S., and Europe. From late-night development projects for U.S. clients to establishing our UAE headquarters in 2010, every step taught me something about the reality of digital change: Technology doesn’t transform companies. People who understand how to apply it do. Today, I spend most of my time helping leaders tackle challenges that tools alone can’t fix: ✅ Outdated systems that refuse to keep up ✅ Teams stuck with manual processes that drain time and energy ✅ Data trapped in silos, making decision-making slower than it should be If you’ve ever felt that your organization is capable of more, but your systems aren’t, then you already understand the pain I’m obsessed with solving. I also built one of the first online supermarket platforms in Kerala, long before online shopping became normal.
