Key Responsibilities: Marketing & Commercial: Managing customer inquiries, pricing, quotations, and order negotiations. Procurement: Supplier engagement, comparative analysis, and purchase order issuance. Production Planning: Preparing raw material indents, QAPs, and overseeing weekly/monthly production schedules. Quality Assurance & Control: Reviewing MTCs, issuing final product certificates, and supervising welding (SMAW, GTAW) with WPS/PQR/WPQ compliance. Heat Treatment & Metallurgy: Executing annealing, normalizing, tempering, and solution treatment for CS, AS, and SS components. Testing & Calibration: Conducting mechanical, metallurgical, NDT, and dimensional inspections; managing calibration of instruments. Inspection Coordination: Organizing third-party inspections with agencies like DNV, BHEL, IBR, SGS, Lloyd’s, QUEST, PDIL, etc. Hot Forming & Forging: Specialized experience in P91 materials (SA234WP91, SA182F91) for power sector applications. ISO & Compliance: ISO 9001:2008 implementation as Management Representative; environmental compliance and emergency planning.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinated inspection activities with customer representatives and third-party agencies such as BHEL/CQA, TCE, NPC, and IBR. Oversaw production of pipe fittings (elbows, tees, reducers) and hollow forgings in CS, AS, and SS materials. Collaborated with production and QA teams, including skilled and semi-skilled workforce. Executed heat treatment processes: annealing, normalizing, tempering, and solution annealing. Maintained calibration of measuring instruments and temperature recorders. Conducted and reviewed tests for: Chemical composition (C, Cr, Mo, etc.) Mechanical properties (YS, UTS, %Elongation, RA, BHN) NDT and dimensional inspections Supervised SMAW welding, ensuring compliance with WPS and welding qualification records. Supervised cold drawing of tubes and rods in various copper alloys for precision applications. Performed physical and mechanical testing in accordance with BS, ASTM, and IS standards.
