* To manage the daily operations and the staff. Meet or exceed the company goals in, sales * and profit, photograph excellence, guest experience/satisfaction and team member * engagement. Responsible for scheduling, hiring, training, payroll and booking * appointments.

* Responsible for day to day supervision of the front desk staff and, assist in day to day * operations. Managing the first experience for all guest. Making and confirming * reservations, verifying and collecting payments, issuing room keys, contacting * housekeeping or maintenance when guest report issues, always demonstrate high customer * service, demonstrate positive leadership, and assisting other departments wherever * necessary to maintain good team member relationships.

* My role was to maximize the sales opportunities and probability of the store and, to follow * up on the results with my staff. My role also included managing, recruiting, hiring and * training the sales advisors and store management team. I’ve also had the opportunity of * being a part of the store operations team in our district. I have opened over 12 locations, * recruiting, hiring and opening all locations H&;M standards.

* Responsible of supervising a range of store duties which includes register best practice, * visual aesthetic of the store, loss prevention, exclusive launches, newly hired associates * training plans, and training for managers on duty.

Assist management with all sales associates, front desk associates, overseeing the customer experience and training the store staff. To lead by example on the sales floor and to maintain store and stockroom standards.
