In addition to providing strategic HR advisory support, I continue to oversee end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance, and vendor management to ensure smooth and effective HR operations in a fast-paced startup environment.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, I lead efforts to attract, engage, and assess candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. I oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for both Bali and Jakarta, ensuring we hire top talent that aligns with our company values and goals. Managing the full hiring cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, I primarily focus on recruiting for the F&B sector of 3000 Group, known as 3000 Gastronomia.

The primary responsibility is to attract, identify, and hire top talent for both white and blue collars especially in the hospitality industry for Bali & Jogja based. This includes crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and collaborating with users to ensure a smooth recruitment process. I also responsible to manage the company's employer branding and done various tasks to enhance employer's presence like collaborative hiring initiatives.

Skilled in onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and training, I help organizations attract, retain, and develop top talent. Adaptating HR best practices, labor law compliance, and employee engagement to ensure optimized HR processes .

Special needs teaching with abundant love and care. A role that not much people recognize but was such a heartwarming and wonderful experience. Works collaboratively with a lead teacher or special education teacher to provide support and instruction to students with special needs in an inclusive classroom setting.
