-------------------Research and Development department. 2020-2023--------------------------- • Product management of a new generation dripper, through all development stages from patent review to mass production. • Undertake feasibility studies, including preliminary research, data collection and site research for surface drip irrigation system. • Complete preliminary product design and specifications, using flow simulation and testing using unique jigs to estimate the final product’s performance before manufacturing a prototype. • Deliver high-quality technical support and advice to the manufacturing sub-contractors. • Managing tasks across all departments involved in the prototype’s developing stages, such as: plastic injection, assemble, pipe manufacturing and lab tests. • Analyzing lab results, improving the prototype accordingly. -----------------------Engineering department. 2015 - 2020--------------------------- • Implementation of an ERP system, creating BOM’s (bill of material) with costs, technical drawings with manufacturing process requirements. • Mechanical design using Solid edge and PDM systems and use of an ERP system in order to estimate manufacturing costs. • Support of a new product (irrigation dripper) to meet the existing manufacturing line machines existing tooling. • Writing and editing assembly manuals, operational manuals, maintenance manuals and troubleshooting per project. • Improving current design while considering market requirements and new technologies including aspects of pneumatical, electronic and mechanical design. • Managing ISO certification approvals for the entire product line. • Project Management (China, Mexico) – overseeing the establishment of production lines in new factory. Communicated progress and roadblocks to stakeholders, managing and solving roadblocks leading on to time delivery of project. Scheduling and planning weekly Gantt to ensure the team was into project and overall factory mission (WBS).

• Mechanical design of outdoor electrical cabinets for RF communication units and various other electrical sensors and system components. Mechanical design complying with IP67 for harsh outdoor environment. • Product designs using Solidworks, working closely with other disciplines, assuming full responsibility for mechanical site planning until actual delivery to the end-customer. • Conduct theoretical testing on design models, such as testing communication through extreme weather. • End to end site solution design, meeting customer requirements, constraints and costs. • Supporting of the electrical cabinets manufacturing process, supervising final production at the manufacturers factory in China. • Quality Management - verifying that products are conforming to market specifications and safety regulations (ISO). Management of revisions control while improving the product and responding to emerging requirements and improvements from the installation and customer teams. • Project Management (India) – managing installation of 29 telecom site security systems and remote management. Coordination of our technician’s team progress with the client’s NOC (Network Operations Center) team – verifying that all of the site’s elements were installed and transmitting properly – for each of the 29 sites. • Coordination of logistics and managing a work plan to meet deadlines.
