• Received the proposed materials forecast for planned projects of the department, compare forecast with the previous year to classify into short and long lead. • Processed approvals for the next 3 years for short lead materials. • Developed the 3 years look ahead coverage plan. • Managed the procurement plan by dividing the materials into 3 levels. • Identified approved leads to suit the coverage plan. • Identified long lead material requirements.

• Established new contracts with other companies to enhance cooperation in logistic aspects. • Developed the work volume of current contracts, resulting in increased company sales. • Conducted regular reviews to ensure the provided logistic service met requirements and identified areas for improvement to maintain an excellent level. • Supported in solving incidental cases that might affect logistics quality.
