Current Position: Technical Sales Manager @ Dawn Farms, Ireland Dawn Farms is one of the worlds largest and leading cooked and fermented fully cooked protein ingredient producers. Our global headquarters is located on the beautiful island of Ireland, where along with our Science & Innovation centre of excellence we have two world-class production facilities, with two more sites located internationally, in the UK and Germany. Now in the role of Technical Sales Manager, I am utilising my >13 year NPD/EPD professional experience to deliver workable solutions, high-quality & innovative products for my customers, along with new client prospects. Previously as Science & Innovation Manager, I led a large diverse team of food scientists & culinary professionals who drive the NPD & R&D function of the business. Together, we delivered on NPD and EPD briefs for our customers while also proactively working on our own exciting pipeline of front end innovation and blue sky food R&D solutions for the business. Historic roles in NPD & FSQA: Project Manager, New Process Implementation Manager, Process Technologist, Quality Assurance Technologist Qualified Food Scientist with a B.Sc. in Biotechnology & Food Quality Management and a B.Sc.
