* Manufacture of various GRP Composite panels including: * London taxis. * British rail train fronts. * Disability scooter shells. * Various MOD panels. * The cutting out of monthly chop strand glass requirements.

* I was employed at Invicta Cars to assist with the design and manufacture of a two seater sports car. * My duties included the following: * Assisting with development of prototype chassis. * Assist with development of steel frame for prototype body shell. * Design and produce various interior trim panels. * Final profiling of body shell, door, doors, bonnet etc. * Produce composite moulds for above panels. * Produce carbon panels using Pre Preg composite materials. * Trimming of all carbon panels. * Fitment and bonding of panels to chassis. * Assisting with all aspects of car assembly.

* I was employed by Marcos to work in the composite shop to produce GRP body panels. * In 1992 I was promoted to head of composites where my duties included the following: * Issue daily duties to 6 GRP Laminators. * Liaise with production manager to ensure products are produced on time. * Quality check all panels before the leave the workshop. * Stock control and ordering of materials. * Manufacture of prototype patterns. * Manufacture of composite tools. * Help with development and build of the 1995 Le Mans race care. * Part of the 1995 Le Mans race team. * Assist in the development and build of the Marcos Mantis one make race cars. * Re profile and make new composite tooling for LM600 race car for Cor Euser and the Marcos NL race team.
