* Managing all applications from customers relating to alternative repayment arrangements from initial assessment through to resolution in line with the SME Code and Consumer Protection Code (CPC). * Submit written reports to credit unit which analyse a client’s facilities with the bank and set out sustainable long term solutions that benefit both the bank and the customer. * Analysing Financial Statements of companies from a range of industries and applying sustainable debt solutions on behalf of clients. * Valuing items held as security by the bank and determining how liquid they are in the current environment. * Holding meetings with customers in order to discuss applications for sustainable alternative arrangements. * Management of a portfolio of 50 to 60 loans under €5m in value, mainly from a SME, commercial and investment property background.
