Lead the Product Engineering charter at Medibuddy focused on innovation in healthcare technology. I over see 3 dynamic teams of talented engineers working on the core product lines: - Labs Pod: Comprises India’s largest network of diagnostic labs. Team is focused on cataloging, discovery, booking and fulfilment of high quality home and centre diagnostic labs tests & packages. - Medicine Pod: House a huge catalog of Medicines and OTC drugs. We design and build online solutions to streamline the ordering, tracking, and delivery of pharmaceuticals, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a seamless user experience. - Consultations Pod: - Online : For online consultations, we build secure, user-friendly platforms that support video, audio and chat functionality. The team is focused on ensuring 10 min doctor delivery from the time of booking by the user. - In Person: We focus on integrating technology with traditional consultation methods, allowing for discovery for a huge network of Doctor and Hospital Providers on the platform. Provided strategic leadership, technical guidance, and team development to drive the company's mission forward. Achieved significant revenue growth through the stabilisation of tech platforms and implementation of innovative product solutions.

Lead the international expansion effort for the organisation. Worked on a digital fitness product focused on the US markets. Later with the acquisition of Onyx Firm, lead the integration and development of AI based fitness product for the US market.

Worked on setting up app infrastructure team and exploration on Design System. Served as Tech Lead for the growth hacks charter. Projects cut across all product initiatives within the organisation.

Developed the cure.fit mobile app and website. Worked on products for fitness, mental wellness, food, etc. Worked on gamification within the platform. Functioned as Dev & PM for the 1st version of social feature which was built in the app. Built multi platform cultgear app which focused on fashion and apparels.

Worked as an iOS engineer as part of the Ebooks team. Developed the PDF Ebook capability for iOS Ebook apps. Worked on a in app chat/Social module Ping for Flipkart Retail app. Basic Game Development for iOS.

Interned as a part of the CMCC team which was responsible for monitoring infra in multiple geographies. Worked on automation as well as building dashboards to help monitor and fix issues across different kinds of machines.
