Responsible for leading after-sales operations and technical support for BYD Battery’s key European clients, covering over 10 customer factories in Germany, France, Spain, Poland, Italy, Slovakia, Serbia, and Morocco. Built the European after-sales organization from the ground up, establishing service processes, KPIs, and customer support standards aligned with local regulations and client expectations. Served as the main technical and account interface between European customers and headquarters, ensuring efficient communication, rapid issue resolution, and product improvement feedback loops. Coordinated cross-functional teams (engineering, logistics, quality, production) to manage complex field issues and optimize customer satisfaction.
