Documentation/NHL securities, review approvals for CAD activities as per SOP. • Handling/processing customer’s payments & performance bond. • Mitigate risk & safeguard bank interest. • Ensure the customer problems and complaints are handled professionally to meet the highest level of customer satisfaction. • Ensure timely TAT service for daily CAD activities. • Ensure satisfactory audit report for the unit by following all policies and regulations. • Interact with other NHL department for rectification of deficiencies. • Keep HOD aware of performance gaps with suggestions on how to rectify problems and improve the performance of the department

Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) for all PBG units, in liaison with Group Operational Risk Management (GORM). • Monitor monthly reporting of KRIs & submission of action plans related to breached KRIs. • Follow ups with Around 80 sub-units from 1st quarter of the year to the 3rd quarter to ensure 100% monthly reporting of the department activity (KRIs, Action plans related to breached KRIs, Incidents reporting). • Reporting of Operational Risk Incidents (ORIs) by all applicable PBG units, through Archer System. • Completion of Business Impact Assessment (BIA) exercise by all PBG units. • Coordinate implementation, update and continuous use of ORM tools. Spread awareness of ORM in general and ORM tools. • Act as a liaison between PBG Business units and Group Operational Risk Team.
