Successfully led a dynamic team in a project of Non Discrimination & Integration of Persons with Disabilities in remote areas of NWFP, (one of its kind by Save The Children Sweden, an International NGO working on Conventions on the Rights of Children) from the day one of the project, with the help of project team I planned, developed & monitored work plans, activity based LFAs, baseline studies, publications in electronic & print media, awareness workshops & different culture based tool kits for children with mental retardation & physical disabilities. Conducted weekly interactive lectures / trainings on health related topics for the capacity building of the community & the project staff During the period I was responsible for the effective & efficient interaction of local community including professionals (Dr, Lawyers, Religious Scholars, Local Govt. Representatives, social workers etc) & other stake holders regarding information dissemination & involvement in the integration process by Behavior Change Communication Approach (BCC).
