I am a Certified Futurist and senior leader in the fields of strategic communications, cross-sector partnerships, and government relations, with a clear mission: to create a more resilient, inclusive, and empowered society—locally and globally. Over the past 15+ years, I have served in executive roles within Dubai’s social development sector, most notably at the Dubai Foundation for Women and Children (DFWAC). My journey has focused on building systems that protect the most vulnerable, especially women, children, and survivors of human trafficking, while designing awareness campaigns that shift mindsets and foster long-term cultural change. Through a human-centered and innovation-driven approach, I have: • Spearheaded national community awareness campaigns and cross-platform communications strategies. • Built strategic alliances with public, private, and international stakeholders to deliver sustainable social impact. • Designed and led human rights and anti-human trafficking initiatives in alignment with UAE priorities and global frameworks. • Advocated for stronger integration of foresight and future readiness within the social and community sectors. • Represented Dubai and the UAE in regional and international forums, amplifying the country’s soft power in the humanitarian field.
