As a Broadcast Engineer, I was responsible for the end-to-end configuration, deployment, and maintenance of advanced audiovisual and IP-based broadcast systems. My scope of work covered both live production environments and internal monitoring infrastructures. Key responsibilities included: AVoIP Encoder Configuration Set up and configured AVoIP encoders for reliable video transport over IP networks. Optimized parameters such as bitrate, resolution, GOP structure, and latency modes. Audiovisual System & Signal Flow Design Designed complete audiovisual schemes, including video routing, audio distribution, and signal management. Prepared detailed diagrams ensuring compatibility between encoders, decoders, switches, and multiviewers. Multiviewer Setup & Monitoring Configured multiviewer environments for real-time monitoring of multiple broadcast feeds. Customized layouts, added alarms, and ensured low-latency preview for operational continuity. Network Switch Configuration for AVoIP Set up managed switches (VLANs, IGMP Snooping, Multicast/Unicast routing). Ensured optimal bandwidth allocation and low-latency network performance for video-over-IP traffic. Decoder Setup & Signal Distribution Configured hardware decoders for AVoIP, SRT, and UDP workflows. Managed output formats for seamless integration with displays, LED walls, and broadcast systems. SRT Protocol Implementation Applied Secure Reliable Transport (SRT) protocol for contribution and distribution feeds. Configured SRT Caller/Listener modes, latency buffers, encryption, and error resilience. UDP Local Stream Deployment Created and managed local UDP multicast and unicast streams for internal signal distribution. Ensured correct TTL, port allocation, and multicast group management. Haivision Encoder/Decoder Configuration Managed profiles, network settings, encryption, and failover configurations. Troubleshot audiovisual, networking, and transport-stream issues in real time.

Worked as a Broadcast Contractor delivering broadcast system architecture, design, configuration, and technical support for live production and streaming environments. Responsibilities included planning, deploying, and commissioning reliable broadcast and IP-based media workflows aligned with international broadcast standards. Designed end-to-end broadcast system architectures, covering signal flow from camera acquisition through vision mixing, encoding/decoding, monitoring, and final distribution. Produced technical layouts and documentation to support control rooms (MCR), live venues, and remote production setups. Configured and operated Haivision broadcast solutions, including encoders, decoders, SRT Gateway, Media Gateway, Media Platform, and multiviewer systems. Implemented live contribution and distribution workflows using SRT and UDP protocols, optimized for low latency, stability, and high availability. Designed and configured IP networking for broadcast, including internet connectivity, VLAN segmentation, QoS prioritization, MTU tuning, and inbound/outbound traffic management. Ensured reliable transport of real-time video and audio over managed and public networks. Performed end-to-end testing, commissioning, and live operational support, troubleshooting video, audio, and network issues under live broadcast conditions. Collaborated closely with broadcasters, IT teams, and third-party vendors to deliver resilient, scalable, and operationally efficient broadcast systems.

Led and coordinated broadcast operations during the UEFA Final Ceremony, ensuring high-quality delivery local television, radio, and digital platforms. Key responsibilities included overseeing the Production Room setup for local TV broadcaster, managing signal distribution and operational coordination, and supervising the establishment of field radio broadcast studios for local radio networks. Additionally, coordinated streaming operations, including signal acquisition, routing, and delivery to broadcast partner, ensuring compliance with technical and operational standards.
