Led Product & Engineering for Skype at the Microsoft India Development Center. Worked on the Skype Lite native Android app purpose-built for India with a small memory footprint, optimized data usage and India-focused services. Drove the app from 0 to well past 10M installs through targeted growth work.

Visual Studio Online provides cloud-based Developer services for any App on any Platform. The service provides Agile tools, Git and CI/CD services for any app whether web app, .NET, Java, iOS, Android running Windows/Linux in the cloud in VMs/Docker containers/clusters.

Led the Program Management function reporting to the GM of the India Development Center Search org. Together we grew the org from inception to 200+ FTEs when I exited.
