* Replaced Power Chip, Audio Codec, FPLC and EEPROM with 1 FPGA on XTS 2 way radio family. Cost saving and space saving on PCBA. * Assistant Lead engineer for 1st 2-Way Radio Covert Control Head with LCD for use by FBI. Controlled Schematics and Layout to meet expected form factor. * Lead Engineering interface for Schaumburg, Illinois factory on Purchase Order system testing for Covert Control Head. Increased yield of Purchase Order system by 5% for XTS Mobile Radios during the time spent in Schaumburg Factory by modifying C++ script to eliminate failure after Full Power test.
