Receivable Management: • Checking of invoice deductions/ short payments and ensuring timely action to prevent customer code blocking • Creating / maintaining weekly MIS and reporting of due, overdue and short paid invoices to both customers as well as internal team • Coordinating with customers on overdue invoices and providing information to the National Commercial Manager for taking approvals for release of code in case of exception and wherever justifies • Assisting the treasuring department in discounting invoices • Facilitating credit limit revision approvals whenever required • Generating monthly report for average days of payment by the customer to ascertain the credit exposure risk Payables Management: • Co-ordinating with customers for submission, corrections, and approvals of various claims as per agreed TOT agreement and approved schemes& plans • Processing and settling of customer claims in claim management portal as per defined process for PAN India customers • Ensuring timely knocking off claims auto adjustments with relevant invoices Account Hygiene: • Facilitating and updating customer master with the help of regional team and master cell • Updated margin and tax rates with customers and follow-up to ensure no difference in PO cost and invoice cost Accounting and MIS: • Performing monthly account reconciliation for customer account and resolution of open items • Monitoring of GLs for expenses and provisions booked by zones against the budgets assigned and preparing budget summary report

Responsible for Modern Trade commercial function for the north zone.

Responsible for commercial function (customer accounting, scheme settlement, input utilization, etc.) for Delhi region.
