Joined Uniplan Hong Kong to establish and grow Digital team within the agency. - Creative. Responsible and accountable for the management of the total creative function at Uniplan. Managed creative processes and output quality of the creative team. - Leadership. Work closely with the company CEO and Managing director to achieve established goals and expand business. - Account services. Build and maintain relationships with key clients. Introduce digital services to clients. Work on brand stategy on key business accounts. - Production. Give accurate timelines on creative assignments, create project timelines and managed budgets. - Resource management. Strategize and manage resource allocation across all projects. - Vendor management. Oversee activity and output of agency vendors. - Mentorship. Set examples of best design and creative thinking principles and team brainstorming for the team members.

Areas of focus: - Guide and manage key agency accounts (Honda, Lexus, Toyota). - Execute and/or support with design or animation on projects as needed to ensure best possible results are achieved. - Work directly with the production team to create accurate budget and timeline estimates. - Oversee work delivered by agency vendors to make sure the expected quality is achieved. - Mentor designers, motion designers and art directors. - Manage and assign the right resource on the project.

Worked directly with the creative director and was responsible for leading/developing/delegating and executing digital design for Men's Training and Basketball departments. Responsibilities included: - Produce high quality user experience design through hybrid wireframe and visual designs, flow diagrams, and prototypes. - Work directly with the Creative director. - Deliver work in consistence with the established brand tonality across different mediums. - Brief and direct junior and intern creatives on assignments.

Areas of focus: - Comfortably come up with an idea and work all the way through from the concept to execution. - Manage and mentor junior level staff. - Report to creative director to make sure the work is aligned with quality expectation, brief requirements, brand guidelines and strategy. - Present work and consult the client. - Work on multiple projects simultaneously under pressure with tight deadlines. - Partner with development team to work around technical limitations.

Was responsible for developing creative concepts and overseeing project design all the way through execution.Was also responsible for presenting work to executive level client stakeholders and representing company's visual design process and integrity at all stages of an engagement.
