Camtree, the Cambridge Teacher Research Exchange, is creating a global platform for educators around the world who wish to reflect on their practice and conduct research on learning in their classrooms and institutions. My role includes peer reviewing research papers submitted by Westford Education Group students for publishing at CamTREE platform.

➢Managing a large portfolio of Education (MA in Educational Leadership and PGCEi) programs with 300+ students currently enrolled in line with standards of QAA. ➢Leading faculty development initiatives, enhancing teaching methodologies and educational delivery through workshops, webinars and coaching sessions. ➢ Managing curriculum development, delivery and assessment in an online setting and overseeing student engagement and the alignment between curriculum, pedagogy and assessment methods for adult learners exceeding all student achievement and retention goals. ➢ Designing and delivering online courses, incorporating innovative teaching methods and technologies (module guides, assignment briefs, required and suggested reading lists, slide decks for lectures, videos through LMS), formative and summative assessment tasks (Padlet, quizzes, weekly tasks, discussion forums) for a multicultural group of educators (60+ nationalities), principals, trainers and teachers (working professionals in the field of education) across MENA, African and South Asian regions enrolled in postgraduate programs. ➢Successfully supervised and mentored over 30 postgraduate students in (enrolled in Master of Arts in Leadership in Education and Master of Arts in Education) in Dissertation/Research Projects with Merit and Distinction.

➢The courses I teach include: Postgraduate Certificate in Education international, Master of Arts in Leadership in Education, Master of Arts in Education (Liverpool John Moores University), Masters in Education (City University Malaysia), Professional Global Diploma in Education (Scottish Qualifications Authority), Research Methods (UCAM, Spain). ➢Supervising postgraduate students in (enrolled in Master of Arts in Leadership in Education, Master of Arts in Education) in Dissertation/Research Projects. ➢Evaluation, assessment and second marking of postgraduate program assignments, research proposals and dissertations.
