• Accountable for ascertaining that Company’s Procedures Principles and Practices are fully complied with all financial transactions • Managed preparation and evaluation of Financial Statements and worked on Excel Spreadsheets to compile, analyze, interpret and prepare fiscal reports • Served as a Company’s Lawful Attorney and supervised the inflow of funding and the disbursements of funds • Oversaw the verification of invoices and approval of vouchers, supervised the Audit of Annual Financial Statements and handled all tasks in relation with the Local Tax Regulations • Facilitated information to the Tax Consultant for the preparation of Monthly Tax Returns and Annual Corporate Tax Return and ensured the timely filing of the same • Preparation of performance evaluation of branch activities via month-by-month comparison; comparison of actual performance. with budget and performance measurement.

• Involved in: o Managing the total financial operations from pre-qualification to final closure for US$ 100 plus million annual turnover EPC ventures. o Steering a team of around 20 members and functioning as Company’s Lawful Attorney • Carried out activities related to invoicing and sales activity analysis • Negotiated with Banks, Insurance Companies, Vendors on behalf of Business. • Handled Import Letter of Credit and Letter of Guarantee and managed administration of Insurance Policies • Engaged in supporting external auditors in their interim and year end programmes
