Handling 4 roles at Petpooja: 1) Payroll Product: Responsible for the product roadmap and biometric hardware 2) Hardware R&D: Lead the hardware R&D team at Petpooja focusing on robotic service and functional IOT devices 3) Marketing: Oversee the marketing function 4) International Market Expansion: Design and execute international market strategy, product roadmap and partnerships I also implement various SaaS products across the company and put out fires.

Advanced products: • Created a machine-learning model to tag each item's cuisine, course and main ingredient • Created and deployed a robust food recommendation engine taking into account customer preferences and sales data Marketing: • Handled email and SMS marketing for the company • Created and distributed marketing collaterals • Hired and coordinated with digital media agencies • Led the inbound leads from ~40 leads/month to 300+ leads/month • Created a new company website to draw in more customers and make relevant information easily accessible and concise • Used tools such as google analytics and landing page data to identify the most profitable digital channels to optimize digital spending

Product: • Overhauled the inventory module completely and created a flexible yet easy-to-use full-suite inventory management system • Created self-ordering kiosk as a separate product within the lineup - sources hardware and developed software along with the recommendation engine (using data analytics) • Revamped the merchant dashboard to show the most relevant metrics and insights • Created a new website for the company to draw in more leads Partnerships: • Handled 30+ partners in payments processing, loyalty providers, lending companies, banks and other service providers catering the the restaurant industry • Finalized commercial terms and executed agreements with partners • Overlooked initial execution and operational execution handover to respective teams • Co-developed products with partners leveraging our team's industry experience • Created several partnerships in up-coming areas such as in-restaurant music, online ordering and data analytics as well as new partnerships in the payments space

Cultivated cucumbers on 36,000 square meters of rented greenhouse space in non-soil media. Developed processes and automation systems to get the correct nutrition and pesticides to plants preventatively. Achieved a per acre yield 3 times that of national average.

I was responsible for finding fundamentally strong scrips for long term investment purposes. I was also responsible for the timing of entry and exit from the stocks using technical analysis. As a part of technical analysis, I also tested and implemented trading strategies for short term gains. During my time here, I have been exposed to an overview of the mutual fund industry as well as the bond market. I have also been a scout for private equity investment opportunities and conducting due diligence on the same.

I have completed my BS in Mechanical Engineering at an accelerated pace in 3 years. My time there was spent in conducting research (3.5 semesters) and participating in various engineering related societies like the Baja offroad team. I got exposed to various new areas and learnt why and how collaborative research is the way forward.
