-To prevent duplicate payments, carefully verify all invoices using a three-way match to ensure that only valid and authorized invoices are processed for payment. - Process vendor invoices within turnaround time (TAT) and in accordance with agreements and contracts for entity Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong and United States. - Process and approve employee expense reimbursements. - Prepare payment proposals for vendors and employee payments in SAP and manual payments in HSBC. - Vendor creation in SAP within TAT. -Follow up with business for approval of parked invoices. -Credit card accounting and reconciliation with the bank statement. -Manage Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt (GR/IR) clearing and close old purchase orders in SAP. -Keeping track of rent and Utilities invoices on monthly basis. -Submit a weekly cash forecast le to the General Ledger (GL) team for more accurate cash ow projection and better Financial planning. -Analyze the accounts payable aging reports to manage outstanding liabilities. -Handle statutory and internal audits for accounts payable (AP) activities. -Prepare monthly AP schedules and updating Floqast- AP aging, -GRIR report, PO accrual, vendor invoice and expense reimbursement accrual and advance to vendors. -Report the Days Payable Outstanding (DPO) monthly for all regions. -Overseeing monthly closing activities, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, invoice accruals, expense reimbursements, purchase order accruals, and intercompany transfers and AP aging. -Conducting monthly variance analysis of vendors based on the General Ledger and cost center. -Participated in the integration of accounts payable data from NetSuite to SAP. -Participated in Cherwell integration with Ivanti
