 Presently working as Head – Plant Operations & Projects at Kaira Can Company Ltd(ISO-9000:2018) Anand. Metal Can manufacturing company having turn around 200 Cr. It mainly caters to the dairy industries like Amul, Haldiram, etc., Process food industries & Export food units.  Managing and overseeing 400+ direct & indirect workmen and 40 management staff members.  Automated high speed Can maker Soucan 650 (Swiss manufacturer) project executed, its installation and commissioning done, on job training & started production.  OTIF increased from 90 % to 95 % through proper planning & inventory controls. Colour coding implemented for sleeves used for storage of components.  Initiated raw material saving projects like scroll sheet feeding to high speed sheet feed presses.  Organized safety promotional activities like Safety week celebration, Mock drill, Fire drill for improving safety culture and ensuring Zero accident.  MIS Generation -Monitored Monthly Production efficiency, Productivity, Quality Control Reports, Planning, capacity utilization Stock Analysis (RM, WIP Analysis, Finished Production, Warehouse Inventory) by using ERP & MS office.

 Working as Head- Plant Pithampur, Indore (MP) of the prestigious Raymond Group’s wholly owned Steel Unit in the name of M/s JK Files & Engineering Ltd, (ISO-9000:2015) having turnover 500 Crs.  Implemented power saving projects in JK Files & Engineering Ltd, to save to the tune of Rs. 2.50 Lacs per month in power cost.  Inventory Control to bring Store inventory for 30 days from 60 Days using ABC and JIT delivery.  No of annealing charges to be load in OFF - Peak hours to achieve 1.5 Lac/year saving in electric bill.  Ensure harmonious industrial relations with Union & local bodies and finalised wage agreement.  Implement digital initiative to improve quality consistency and productivity.  Define KRA & roles for members in line with business objective & review same. Also identify training needs for subordinate to improve their performance.

 Functional Lead of manufacturing team which increased production from 25K dozen (Jan17) to 67K dozen (Mar21).  Enhanced Productivity from 5.5 dozen / man day to 7.0 dozen / man day through identify bottleneck, line balancing, muda elimination & development in machines.  Process Inventory is reduced by 75% from Jan’17 to Dec’20 by implementing Lean manufacturing.  MIS Generation for Monthly data by using tools like SAP & MS office.  Kaizen Implementation in Robotic Heat Treatment Process - Change in fixture design for Taper Files had improved the productivity by 46% per maydays from 2700 dozen to 3960 dozen. This helped to reduce the defect of bend from 3.86% to 1.16% and ultimately saving of 10 Lacs /year.  Served as Maintenance Team manager, accountable for setting schedule for Preventive maintenance, implemented and practiced TPM.  Complete knowledge of Drill manufacturing with specialty in Quality control and Production Processes. Developed close tolerances in Centre drills as compared to Indian standard helped reducing material cost by 10%.  Project Head of Capacity Expansion for Triangular Files at Pithampur Plant from June’16 to Dec’16 which helped in increasing the plant revenue by Rs. 8 Crores annually.
