Started My carrier with JCT electronics in vadodara as GET projects and development. Was part of the project team for establishment of the green field project. joined Honda at greater noida in 1997 and is still working with the same. instrumental in all the projects of the honda as on date. on completion of the noida project was transferred to bhiwadi plant for the establishment of the new plant. Was appointed as project leader for the New car manufacturing facility at TKR. Upon successful completion of the project the transition from the project to successful ramp up of the production and the establishment of the management system was done.. Successfully ramp up of the plant upto 180 K 2 shift basis was achieved.. 5 new models ( city , amaxe, jazz, WRV and BRV ) were done in short span of time..undergone many changes in little time and succussfully managed the changes. Transferred to the Greater noida plant as GM- manufacturing in Oct 2018 and till date working in the capacity of divisonal head Frame.. successfully intorduced 2 new models crv and civic.. working of future tech like Hybrid and the Evs Specialties: project management and the production management
