• Responsible for Process development, production and manufacturing preparedness at supplier end , managed a team of Managers & Engineers ,organized and coordinated their daily development activities and generating MIS for top management reviews. • Responsible for QDC of FZ-S,SZ and Ray • Leader for defect free process for casting, fabrication and Proprietary parts representing Purchase division

• Own commodity –Plastics as Senior Manager • Conducted defect free process for plastic parts • Localised all plastic tools from 2007 Onwards in India Yamaha starting from R-15 through supplier audit, working with supplier and monitoring through countermeasure sheets • Complete ownership of plastic commodity from new part development till N-10000 • Review supplier APQP status and approve PPAP

Started as Shift Engineer in Paradise Plastics Noida,Joined Motherson -worked as Senior Engineer ,managed a team of Executive and Production Engineers and managers for organizing and coordinating their daily operational/development activities with focus on good process design.
