Individually contributed and managed all aspects of Recruitment. Hired 40+ Software Engineers by reducing the agency support to nil.

Majorly contributed as a Sourcer and as an L1 Recruiter for diverse tech requirements, ranging from entry-level to over 10 years of experience.

Following my post-graduation, I interned as a tech recruiter, gaining comprehensive training and real-world experience in recruitment and the tech industry.

During my internship here , I specialized in recruiting employees with expertise in sales and telecalling backgrounds.

Worked as a field reporter for a regional news channel, was primarily given the role of transcribing and converting the videos to scripts from Kannada/Hindi to English, Interviewed and collected news bites from Ministers, Social Workers, and MLA's.
