Shaifali Bhati

Hi, I’m Shaifali — an enthusiastic and dedicated HR professional, currently working at PhonePe, where I’m gaining hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process. With a background in recruitment, research, and client engagement, I have developed a strong foundation in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with both candidates and hiring teams. I have developed key skills in talent acquisition, employee relations, engagement, onboarding, and training, which have shaped my approach to building strong, productive teams. Additionally, I’ve completed several HR courses to further enhance my knowledge and keep up with industry trends. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new activities and staying involved in diverse experiences, which began during my college years through active participation in extracurriculars.
