•Securing timely implementation of MRP run. •Securing timely entry of confirmations into the ERP system. •Measuring KPI on a weekly basis. •Supporting the team members in negotiations, expedite requests and handling escalations. •Setting VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory), following up on implementation. •Negotiating & monitoring exceeding costs. •Managing the Mechanical commodity over the first couple of quarters, including: NPI activity, introducing new sources, designing C.R (Cost Reduction) and Commodity road map. •Supporting IT procurement needs: software licenses renewal negotiations, manpower outsourcing agreements (“Time & Material” & “Open books” + pre-set profitability), “Oracle” ERP project: negotiating license price & implementation. Responsibility for a purchasing activity of nearly $100M annually.

•Supporting the team members in preparation towards commercial negotiations and negotiation execution, locating and evaluating compatible sources, overcoming logistic & commercial challenges.external interfaces. •Converting Operations management targets & goals into a practical working plan. •Designing C.R roadmap plan and BOM cost analysis per technological segmentation. •Analyzing cost efficiency of making sub-assemblies ”in-house” vs. TK (Turn Key). •Initiating qualification and sourcing process China & Taiwan based sources. •Auditing Far East based vendors’ facilities in collaboration with Engineering, evaluating: commercial, logistic, technical & quality capabilities. •Promoting DFT supply mode with selective vendors. •Taking part in corporate effort to obtain compliance with ROHS and REACH regulations. •Supporting NPI ("New Product Implementation") activity. •Writing corporate’s "Purchasing regulations and guidelines
