The greening initiative will in particular reduce CO2 emissions and temperatures in the city. Program is under RCRC (Royal Commission of Riyadh City) Job Profile: Working in PMO office with a team of dedicated professionals, directors, designers and support services. Manage the project control resources required to deliver a cross functional Greening project. Support Project Controls Director with progress reporting including schedule updates, forecast to complete, variance identification and opportunities for improvement. Advice and consult on the application of effective planning techniques and controls (earned value, cost and schedule variance, estimates at completion, critical path analysis). Support the development of integrated master schedule for specific programmes in Primavera that reflects all interface milestones and activity durations from multiple contractors’ schedules and feed changes to the integrated master schedule. Projects Brief: 140km of water transmission pipeline, 3 main pumping stations, 10 delivery and reservoir stations, 17 main reservoir tanks of 106m diameter each and over all 2.9 million Cu.m. storage capacity, 12km continuous tunnel with 8.4m diameter through Hada Mountains. Job Profile: • Projects interface with 3 consultants (2 x Khatib Alami, ILF) and 4 contractors (2 x MAPA, SSEM, AICC) • Liaison with A.T. Kearney (Management Consultant Company) for development / implementation of Power BI reporting system across the SWCC. • Provide project controls techniques to SWCC.
