Overall accountable for Technology and Data (T&D) Services delivered to business units across TfL and other subsidiaries of the Greater London Authority. Providing leadership and Strategic direction. Leading and directing the provision of end to end services and translating business requirements into Strategy. Influencing the Digital Workplace Strategy and owning the delivery of the platforms and products, that enable the establishment of a Digital Workplace

-Lead as the single point of contact for the end to end provision of Digital and ERP services -Translating business requirements into Service Strategy to ensure consolidation of services -Accountable for the total cost of ownership of services within the protfolios -Providing a baseline from which cost efficiencies can be realised through the implementation of Continual Service Improvement initiatives -Accountable for the Service lifecycle within the profolio of services and the owner of service roadmaps - Establish and maintain suitable Service Design Principles for services within the protfolios -The final authority on all decisions and changes that effect service provision within the portfolios -Ownership of Supplier performance and strategic relationships with senior external stakeholders -Directly managing budgets for service provsion contracts for services within the portfolios

- Develop, maintain and support infrastructure and services hosted on the Amazon Web Service. - Work with the Technical Architects to develop and support tools and services that can be hosted on the Amazon Web Service. - Good understanding of agile and waterfall project management. - Develop and deliver IT infrastructure and software support services which keep Transport for London's online applications, tools and information secure and up to date. - Managing service transition, change and configuration management. - Develop and maintain strategies, plans and service levels for the whole of TfL Online portfolio of live tools, services and information. - Design and implement processes for transitioning systems and services from development to live operations. - Development and implementation of robust first and second line support services. - Work with Technical Architects, User Experience teams, Products Teams, Programme and Delivery Teams to ensure support requirements are considered from the outset and throughout development. - Product owner for Online applications, tools and services. - Broad understanding of data management, data integration, software development, infrastructure and IT communication technologies.
