Promoted to manage systems infrastructure and software development functions for enterprise applications. Managed a staff of 40 developers, QA Engineers, and support personnel. Key member of the leadership team highly involved in talent management, future planning, and product line growth initiatives. Reported directly to the VP and held full P&L accountability for the department.

Championed a multi-year $50M migration from a legacy PeopleSoft system to a platform being used by another business unit in ADP in 2017. Built and led the development team responsible for integrating all benefit tools with the new platform, including client benefits billing, employee carrier enrollment, and open enrollment renewal.

Promoted to work as a member of the information technology team accountable for building and managing a staff of 15 in the development of applications for both internal systems and external clients and their employees using Agile methodology. Built a development team from scratch, responsible for designing, documenting, and developing high-quality applications. Created all standard operating procedures and guidelines for a newly formed .NET software development group.

Developed a ground-up billing system that processed over $1B annually to health care providers. This was integral in allowing the company to expand from 150,000 employees servicing 4,000 clients to 600,000 employees servicing 12,000 clients. Consolidated multiple data sources and spreadsheets utilizing VB.NET/SQL to create a single unified database used across various business units. Created a Benefit Reconciliation tool that helped reconcile healthcare premium collections; directly led to over $2M in reimbursements in the first year of the software rollout.

Responsible for application development projects for all Dade County offices, delivering high-quality solutions across the enterprise. Involved in all aspects of application design, from initial planning stages to development and testing. Worked as part of a contract team to facilitate the transition of MS Access to web-based software for budget planning functions.
