I founded hoopoe holding to architect a living ecosystem where intelligent health could evolve beyond business models and become infrastructure. The holding was never built to own companies. It was built to connect them to turn clinics, technologies, and licenses into one measurable and compliant architecture for longevity. Under hoopoe holding, we developed a multi-vertical platform integrating AI, blockchain, and clinical governance, linking operations across UAE, Switzerland, Canada, and Singapore. Through DIFC regulation, SEGA™ compliance frameworks, and strategic IP structures, the holding now governs the entire hoopoe ecosystem from elegant hoopoe franchises to digital health SaaS and investment SPVs. My work focuses on the design of systems, not their slogans. Every document, codebase, and entity formation carries the same intent: to prove that health, when structured intelligently, can scale with the precision of finance and the empathy of art. hoopoe holding is not a company. It is a framework for intelligent health.

I never built elegant hoopoe as a clinic. It started as a structural idea, how to hold law, finance, technology and philosophy together in one living frame. From the very beginning the task was not treatments but architecture. That is why we registered SEGA™ in DIFC, not as a manual but as a new grammar for franchising. Over the years I worked with my own teams to code hoopoe EMR, to test hoopoeSense AI in live clinics, to design holding structures in Switzerland that keep IP safe while capital flows through GCC, Europe and APAC. These were not projects, they were proofs of concept. Today the ecosystem stands with documented feasibility (PwC standard), expansion plans for 200 branches and visibility in Gulf News, Khaleej Times and MENAFN. But more than numbers, it carries a philosophy, that a franchise can function as an intelligent organism, not a chain of outlets. That is what elegant hoopoe is, a working prototype of that belief.

I founded Grishana to serve as the backbone of the hoopoe ecosystem, where regulatory structure, scientific work and commercial execution are held together in one framework. Over the years it has become one of the few entities in the UAE licensed by the Ministry of Health and Prevention with both pharmacy and commercial capacity, which allows us to legally import, store and distribute advanced medical technologies. Through this foundation, Grishana secured the exclusive regional representation of Cutera USA for TruBody and TruSculpt. The hub in Al Qusais is not a warehouse, it functions as a command center that connects clinics, franchise partners and our TelePharma network across the region. Grishana is also an intellectual platform. With more than six hundred publications on grishana.life and the international release of Nourish Your Lifestyle: A Journey to Optimal Health with Austin Macauley, it provides physicians, patients and investors with credible knowledge rather than marketing slogans. For me, Grishana has always been more than a company. It is a trusted authority within hoopoe holding, linking global innovation with regional realities and setting a standard where compliance, knowledge and vision move together.

I co-founded Shana Holding as one of Iran’s early integrated e-commerce and investment groups. In two years we built a structure that combined digital commerce, logistics, and strategic partnerships, achieving rapid revenue growth and market recognition. My role focused on designing the corporate framework, securing partnerships, and preparing the company for cross-border expansion. Shana Holding became a live case study for me in scaling infrastructure under pressure, and many of the structural lessons later fed directly into the architecture of hoopoe holding.

Successfully completed training and obtained Private Pilot License (PPL) and Commercial Pilot License (CPL).
