Additional Needs Support Worker – Provided part-time one to one support for children with additional and complex needs. I regularly plan and implement One Page Profiles and Individual Education Plans. I work alongside professionals from the Visual Impairment Team, Physiotherapist and The Speech and Language Team, this enables me to enhance and build on each individual child’s learning and development needs.

Support pupils and provide opportunities for each child to access the curriculum. Observations and assessments to help individual targets and learning needs to promote independence. Using Picture Exchange Communication and signalong.

Worked with children from 0-5 and hard to reach families in the Early Education setting. I have gained extensive knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Children's development. A deep understanding and knowledge base on the importance of play and how children learn and develop. Carried out baseline assessments, observation and planned for children's individual learning needs. Experience in producing and reviewing individual educational plans whilst working alongside multi-agency professionals. Working with many children, parents/carers from various social and cultural backgrounds and varying needs.

I set up Mummy Be Beautiful to share my life experiences. Over the years Mummy Be Beautiful continues to go from strength to strength, Still as a hobby alongside my day job, I have successfully had the opportunity to pitch my skills and work with many well known brands promoting products, services and experiences. I thrive on new challenges, from tight blog related deadlines and challenges to working as a highly proactive childcare practitioner in Early Years.
