→ Strategic Supplier Sourcing : Execute end to end international sourcing activities by researching global markets, identifying qualified suppliers, and supporting competitive procurement strategies aligned with business objectives. → Commercial Bid Evaluation : Assess RFQs and supplier quotations based on pricing, quality benchmarks, Incoterms, lead times, and commercial compliance to ensure value driven procurement decisions. → Contract Negotiation & Cost Control : Negotiate commercial terms, pricing structures, and payment conditions with international vendors to achieve cost optimization and risk mitigation. → Purchase Order Lifecycle Management : Manage the complete purchase order cycle including creation, validation, approvals, and tracking to ensure accuracy, compliance, and on time delivery. → Supplier Relationship Management : Develop long term vendor partnerships through performance monitoring, issue resolution, and continuous engagement to maintain supply continuity. → Procurement Compliance & Governance : Ensure procurement transactions comply with internal policies, audit requirements, trade regulations, and documentation standards for international operations. → Cost Saving & Spend Analysis : Support procurement planning through spend analysis, price variance evaluation, and cost saving initiatives to improve operational efficiency. → Process Optimization & Reporting : Drive procurement process improvements through digitization, KPI tracking, supplier scorecards, and management reporting for data driven decision making.

→ Electrical Site Inspection : Conduct routine inspections of LV and HV electrical installations to ensure compliance with UAE electricity authority regulations and approved standards. → Standards & Safety Compliance : Monitor execution of electrical works to ensure adherence to safety guidelines, statutory requirements, and approved method statements. → Technical Drawing Interpretation : Review electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications to support accurate installation and execution at site. → Project & Contractor Coordination : Coordinate with main contractors, supervisors, and site engineers to align electrical activities with project schedules and milestones. → Testing & Quality Assurance : Perform electrical testing such as insulation resistance, continuity, and PAT testing to verify system reliability and quality compliance. → Progress Monitoring & Reporting : Track daily site progress and prepare technical and status reports for management review and project control. → Fault Diagnosis & Troubleshooting : Identify electrical faults and support corrective actions to minimize downtime and ensure system performance. → Risk Assessment & Safety Management : Support risk assessments, enforce safe work practices, and promote compliance with site safety protocols
