• Assist Project Manager in project planning, material selection, monitoring and supervision of project. • Prepare and submitting construction project budget estimates. • Planning and preparing construction schedules and milestones, and monitoring progress against established. • Plan the work and oversee the buying of necessary materials and equipment according to technical specifications. • Ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget by setting benchmarks, agreeing bugdets and monitoring progress. • Check design documents with architects, engineers and surveyors. • Coordinate with various stakeholder and manage the project development stage. • Participate in site meetings, discussions, inspections, and site works verifications. • Assist Project Manager in maintaining coordination with consultants, authority, contractors regarding project execution. • Implement drawings on-site, ensuring everything meets specifications and checking that quality control meets all requirements. • Maintain health and safety, including site inspections to ensure safety rules are being followed. • To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by Project Manager from time to time.

• Managing all technical processes in the most economical and efficient manner; • Ensuring traceability of all quality documents such as drawings, method statements, testing records, and materials approvals; • Assuring compliance and conformance of design in meeting client's requirement's; • Coordinating with consultant and manage design quires and clarification; • Coordinating of relevant design output of the project in the most economical and efficient manner; • Coordinating with all proiect team members on the compilation of the monthly progress report to the client's and others report as and when required; • Submittals to consultant's for review and / or approval in relation to all technical issues as required.

• Supervise and working in construction field. • Assist in preparing the Bill of Quantities (BQ). • Involve in filing, tendering and audit work.

Structure & Architecture Department. • Supervise and working in construction field. • Supervise and monitor the structural, architectural and infrastructural work. • Directly involved in both external and internal project quality assessment on site such as QLASSIC.

Structure & Architecture Department. • Have an experience in highrise building working field and environment. • Did the monitoring and inspection of the structural, infrastructure and architecture work. • Help in Quality Control (QC) for the project structure and architecture.
