As Team Lead Annotation, my role revolves around overseeing a team responsible for labeling and annotating data. Here are the key responsibilities: Team Management: • I ensure my team understands their tasks and performs them accurately and efficiently. • Providing guidance, support, and training to enhance their annotation skills and maintain consistency in labeling practices. Quality Control: • I develop and enforce annotation guidelines and standards to uphold consistency across our dataset. Project Coordination: • I collaborate with project managers or stakeholders to grasp data annotation requirements and timelines. • Allocating resources effectively to meet project deadlines and goals is part of my role. Performance Monitoring: • Monitoring performance and productivity of the team. Issue Reporting: • Reporting tool issues or other errors that our team may encounter during the annotation process to Software & ML/AI team. Tool Management: • Experienced with the Labeling tools like Labelmg, Labelme, Label Studio, Darwin V7, Supervisely, SuperAnnotate, CVAT, Roboflow, Labelbox, VGG Image and Video Annotator, and Thanos HIL. • Overseeing the use of annotation tools and software platforms ensures smooth operations. Communication: • Acting as a liaison between the data annotation team and stakeholders, I provide regular updates on project progress and address concerns or queries. • Coordinating with the team regarding issues and asking them to give suggestions for improvement. Documentation: • Maintaining thorough documentation of annotation processes, guidelines, and updates ensures transparency and consistency. Continuous Improvement: • I constantly seek opportunities to optimize processes and workflows, enhancing overall efficiency. Annotator's Hiring: Conducting the test & interviews for the Data Annotator role. Team Development: • Developed a positive team culture and encouraging knowledge sharing among the team.

As a Data Annotation Analyst, I am responsible for: • Deliver quality labeled data of Image Annotation using bounding boxes, lines, polygons, and Video Annotation to improve and build a perception engine for AI/ML model training and for Projects. • Maintain daily targets to streamline the delivery of the data to the relevant stakeholders. • QA of Annotated data of team members. • Experienced with the Labeling tools like Labelmg, Labelme, Label Studio, Darwin V7, Supervisely, SuperAnnotate, CVAT, Roboflow, Labelbox, VGG Image and Video Annotator, and Thanos HIL. • Deliver high-quality data within defined SLAs. • Good Commands in Ms. Office and G-Suite • Conducting and Reviewing Annotation Tasks, and Evaluating Performance.
