Spearheaded compliance and governance initiatives: Ensured strict GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) adherence across all sourcing activities, proactively managing vendor risk and enforcing robust compliance protocols. Led the Source-to-Pay transformation; deployed Ariba Contracts, Guided Buying, and P2P systems for the India operations. Drafted and implemented standardized SOPs for Manufacturing Indirect Procurement across four global regions (APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and Canada).
