Duties of Responsibilities:  Preparation, study, and submission of Shop drawings from the contract drawings for the approval of consultant/client.  All Type Marble Shop Drawings Include (Internal, Hardscape, External Cladding with Mechanical Fixation, Steel Fixation/Details Drawings for Marble Installation, Wet Fixing/Raised Floor, Etc.)  Conducted on-site visits to gather measurements and assess site conditions, contributing to the creation of accurate and effective CAD drawings.  Assisted in the training and mentoring of junior CAD drafters, fostering their growth and development within the team.  Prepared accurate quantity/specifications for Purchasing/Technical department  Provide all Work Orders/Cutting List to the Production department.  Preparation & Designing of Water jet drawings for the approval of consultant.  Preparing all kinds of drawing related to Building works (Architectural & Fit out).  Preparation of As-Built drawings of all types of drawings.  Preparation of drawings for the presentation of progress meetings.  Maintain Record of all type drawings/documents. Job Profile:  Collaborated with architects and project managers to ensure that drawings accurately reflected project requirements and design intent.  Responsible for communicating layout designs, via email and telephone, with clients/consultants for approval.  Implemented and oversaw quality control procedures, ensuring that CAD drawings met company and industry standards before final submission.  Able to coordinate with consultants regarding RFIs and missing information.  Coordinate with the Designer/Architect on the Architectural & Interior Drawings.  Preparation of all Architectural & Interior Drawings for various types of Projects like Villas, Residential, Hotels, Stadium, Office Building & Industrial Buildings with the coordination of designer.  A careful and through of the details/documents, to know the exact requirements of the client and get acquainted with the project specifications.
