Lead and manage day-to-day operations across departments including lab operations, manufacturing (GMP), supply chain, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and facilities. Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to ensure smooth handover from research to production. Drive operational excellence through implementation of robust SOPs, KPIs, and cross-functional workflows. Oversee manufacturing scale-up activities, ensuring alignment with GMP, GLP, and other regulatory standards. Work closely with QA/RA teams to ensure compliance with FDA, EMA, ISO, and other applicable regulations. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and operational plans aligned with business goals. Identify and mitigate operational risks and inefficiencies in product development and delivery. Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Manage strategic vendor and partner relationships, including CROs, CMOs, and logistics partners. Support fundraising, investor communications, and strategic planning from an operational lens.

Oversee end-to-end installation and commissioning operations for multiple projects across various regions. Develop and implement detailed project execution plans, including manpower planning, timelines, risk mitigation, and resource allocation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams—engineering, project management, procurement, and client stakeholders—to ensure smooth execution. Lead a team of site engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality work on schedule. Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards (HSE, ISO, etc.) at all installation sites. Monitor project KPIs and provide regular reports on progress, bottlenecks, and performance metrics to senior leadership. Manage vendor and contractor performance; resolve on-ground operational challenges swiftly. Identify continuous improvement opportunities in installation and commissioning processes.

Design and prototype intuitive, responsive web interfaces based on project requirements. Translate UI/UX design wireframes into actual code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to bring ideas to life. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
