#Operation management • Ensures the production and testing of customer specific products on time with the right quality & cost. • Planning and controlling of costs vs budget. • Planning and controlling of resources (equipment, people, material); reduce production expenses by optimizing material management method and machine maintenance level. • Leading change management (organization, processes). • Responsible for productivity/process efficiency and continuous improvement within FF. • Drive ESH activity in workplace following the regulation and safety standard to maintain a safety environment and reduce sick leave rate. • Monitor of Line Information Boards (LIB) and deviation management. • Leading corrective actions to systemic issues. #Standard/ Procedures application >Supports and coach the implementation of the company and the plant standards (e.g. ESD guideline, technical cleanliness, 5S, JIDOKA,) #Quality & Non-Conformance Management # Leading & Steering People • Coordinates human resources of the areas in charge. • Monthly and annual headcount forecast. • Leading the area and enhance its development, as well as to ensure results (efficiency, quality); applying human relations processes that drive people performance and planning. # Safety & ergonomics management # Interface Management • Ensures efficient communication with related stakeholders • To ensure communication flow with related functions in the plant. • To enable and be promoter of the quality culture # New Product Launch Management/ Serial launch Management • Supervise, support and control in case of new product launches (launch of new manufacturing lines, Process capabilities, PPAPs, capacity planning) to ensure a safe launch and ramp up (Pre-series/Trial runs/C-Samples). • Ensure Change Management system. # Maintenance Management • Ensures capable processes and equipment (e.g. Cpk, FPY, OEE). • Equipment Maintenance: trouble shooting, short-term inspections of equipment; preventive maintenance.

• Assure continuous improvement towards defect free processes that satisfy customer needs & for the coordination and success of the Product Quality Committee (PQC) Process. • Leads the development & Establishments of quality strategic direction in support of long range customer and product line plans and goals. • Lead & Coordinate quality assessments & audits focused on processes critical to customer & product line success. • Monitor & reports the accomplishments of improvements groups who are leading and/or coordinating the improvement of the quality levels and/or defects level of the processes affecting both internal & external customer. • Monitor the accomplishments of VPI activities (i.e. Ensure the process for infant care is followed, coordinating the transition from new to current product etc.) • Lead post mortem exercises following major products events to identify strength & opportunities for improvements that feed the goal tree based on priority. • Responsible for identification and achievement of customer targets for product quality. • Responsible for accessing product quality activities for establishing improvements priorities relative to product quality processes, tools and individual skills and capabilities. • Responsible for warranty hopper, selection of belts and chartering of six sigma projects for product quality improvements and communicate project status with key stakeholders.

• Working as Focus Factory Manager for BU-Engine system in Pune, Responsible for entire Operation Function • Training in Changchun (China), Pisa (Italy) & Newport News ( USA ) for Understanding all technical specification of SPM used in FRA assembly line, understanding the Fuel Injector design & manufacturing processes, Understanding best operation practices & Procedures. • Completed a Greenfield Project of Ford Fuel rail assembly introduction in India. • Instrumental Role in FORD Q1 certification of Pune Plant. • Trained in Germany (Bebra) for FUEL PUMP Manufacturing Processes & Related Practices. • Finalizing the Equipment specification for the assembly lines. • Selection of supplier for the Design, development and manufacturing of the assembly Lines/SPM’s. • Pass off of all assembly equipments as per the acceptance criteria. • Facility planning and Plant readiness for assembly line and Quality Lab. • Training of all Technicians and associate for working on assembly lines. • PPAP submission and approval By Customer. • Start of regular supply of FRA & fuel pump to the customer. • Production planning and control. • Ensure Equipments, Tooling & Facility are available & capable for Production on Time.( for existing as well as future projects). • Ensure 100% Delivery to all customers with 0 quality defect product. • Successful APQP for all Projects and passing audit by customer. • Plant layout proposals & finalization, Selection of suppliers for Machines, equipments & tooling for assembly, Calling quotations from the suppliers, Technical discussion with suppliers on requirements of machines, equipments & tooling. • Well versed with AutoCAD, Design of Fixtures & tooling for engine Assembly & Machine Shop. • Selection of suppliers for Engine Testing facilities, Test Benches (Dynameters), equipments for Engine Testing, Calling quotations from the suppliers, Technical discussion with suppliers on requirements of Facilities, Test Benches & equipments. • Carry out PFMEA. • Plan for MSA, Gauge approval & SPC in Engine assembly & Machine Shop. • Identify the critical characteristics, significant characteristics operations & design & implement system for controlling such characteristics. • Design the system for inter operation component handling & implementation. • Productivity improvements, cost reduction & corrective actions on customer complaints through implementation of Pokayoke & kaizens.
