As a Quality Control Engineer, I ensure product quality and process reliability from the first article to final shipment. My role covers end-to-end quality assurance from incoming material checks to outgoing product inspections ensuring each part meets customer and internal standards before it enters or exits production. I specialize in conducting first article inspections, first production checks, and preparing detailed inspection reports before mass production begins. I also create work instructions, open and close work order reports, and collaborate closely with production teams to maintain high-quality output. 🔍 Key Responsibilities: • Perform incoming and outgoing product inspections • Conduct first article and first production checks • Create and update work instructions for operators • Open and close work order reports for quality tracking • Ensure all products meet customer specifications before mass production • Support continuous improvement and defect prevention efforts

-Responsible for assisting the patients to follow the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) during vaccination -Prepare registration packets, patients forms and other forms supplied by LHDs. -Schedule vaccination appointments as directed by LHDs. -Manage a documentation and record keeping of patients data.
