Peace Hills General Insurance Company has been serving Western Canada since 1982. The head office is located in Edmonton, Alberta, with branch offices in Calgary Alberta; Vancouver, British Columbia; and Winnipeg, Manitoba. The Senior Business Analyst (SBA) will be responsible to assist the business in transitioning from their legacy systems over to the new enterprise resource planning (ERP) system (IFS/Guidewire). The SBA will organically grow the BA practice and manage the requirements to adopt/instill change management, training and reporting. Senior Business Analyst responsible for transitioning a large organization’s contracting and procurement teams to a new supply chain management solution. The supply chain management solution is part of a broader enterprise resource planning transformation that is underway.  Oversee the organization’s contracting and procurement stakeholders to assess how to implement its different types of contracts within the new solution.  Define business processes and policies that govern how the supply chain management solution will be used in the organization’s procurement environment.  Engage external suppliers to help them understand what changes they need to make to use the new solution.  Continually evaluate how ready the organization is to implement the change and make recommendations to senior management on how to best support the change.  Work with technical resources to migrate current contracts from the current system to the new solution.  Develop supporting documentation as needed to help people adapt to the change (e.g. training materials, communications, sponsor/coaching manuals).  Identify operational performance measures to assess how well the new solution is working.
